Provide relevant information you have compiled to date
If you have a set of information security policies, thats great! If you haven't quite gotten to the policy creation, thats ok! We'll create a set of information security policies for you or review yours. Any other documentation you have that describes or visualizes your tech stack, architecture, network, cybersecurity position, etc...is also relevant.
Align your policies and controls to a readiness checklist
We've created a readiness assessment that we'll populate using the documents and information you provided (or we created for you). Once complete, we'll hold a series of interview sessions where we'll ask questions on specific security controls you have in place. These questions are curated from standardized information gathering questionnaires and compliance frameworks most frequently leveraged by larger organizations.
Create, tailor, and prioritize a remediation plan
While many security policy and procedure requirements can be resolved on the spot, other security controls may require the purchase of a new solution or service. We'll make final recommendations on which gaps if remediated would have the greatest positive impact on your readiness.
Delivery of final report & readiness assessment
The readiness assessment will be provided to you in excel so you can reference it when responding to a client questionnaire. We'll also include a write up of your remediation plan.
